بناء على الدستور لا سيما البند 3 من المادة 53 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14951 تاريخ 19/7/2005 المتضمن اعتبار الحكومة التي يرئسها السيد محمد نجيب ميقاتي مستقيلة،

يرسم ما يأتي:
