بناء على الدستور لا سيما الفقرة الثانية من المادة 56 منه،

بناء على اقتراح رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزراء المالية، الأشغال العامة والنقل، الداخلية والبلديات والعدل،

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 103 تاريخ 27/10/2007، المتضمن الموافقة على مشروع المرسوم الرامي إلى إحالة مشروع قانون إلى مجلس النواب يرمي إلى إنشاء «إدارة شؤون الصفقات العمومية»،

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يحال إلى مجلس النواب مشروع القانون المرفق الرامي إلى إنشاء «إدارة شؤون الصفقات العمومية».

المادة 2

مادة 2: إن رئيس مجلس الوزراء مكلف تنفيذ أحكام هذا المرسوم.
