بناء على الدستور لا سيما الفقرة الثانية من المادة 56 منه،

بناء على اقتراح وزراء الاقتصاد والتجارة، العدل، الصناعة بالوكالة، والمالية،

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 64 تاريخ 27/10/2007، المتضمن الموافقة على مشروع المرسوم الرامي إلى إحالة مشروع قانون إلى مجلس النواب يرمي إلى حماية علامات الصناعة والتجارة والخدمة،

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يحال إلى مجلس النواب مشروع القانون المرفق الرامي إلى حماية علامات الصناعة والتجارة والخدمة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: إن رئيس مجلس الوزراء مكلف تنفيذ أحكام هذا المرسوم.
