ان رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4461 تاريخ 15/12/2000 وتعديلاته (قانون الجمارك)،

بناء على القانون رقم 75 تاريخ 7/5/2009 (منح الحكومة حق التشريع في الحقل الجمركي)،

بناء على اقتراح وزير المالية،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 26/5/2009،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعفى سيارة سفير دولة الكويت في لبنان، من رسم الخزن في جمرك مطار رفيق الحريري الدولي - بيروت.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
