المادة 259
لا يكون اهلا لاداء الشهادة:
1- من لم يكمل الخامسة عشرة من عمره.
2- من لم يكن سليم الادراك.
3- من صدرت عليه احكام جزائية تسقط عنه اهلية الشهادة.
