المادة 506
لا تنقطع المحاكمة بوفاة وكيل الخصم ولا بانقضاء وكالته بالعزل او بالاعتزال او بأي سبب آخر, وللمحكمة ان تمنح الخصم مهلة معقولة لتعيين وكيل جديد له.
