المادة 16

تشمل الارض اللبنانية طبقة الهواء التي تغطيها, اي الاقليم الجوي.

Art. 16: Le territoire libanais s'etend a la couche atmospherique qui le recouvre, ou territoire aerien.

Possibly affected, check: قانون رقم 673 تاريخ 16/03/1998, article 252 repeals all earlier provisions that contradict it, without naming them. This article is among the texts it links to. Whether it still applies is a lawyer's judgement.
