المادة 187
ان الفعل الذي يعاقب عليه لتعرضه لارادة الغير لا يعد جريمة اذا اقترف برضى منه- سابق لوقوعه او ملازم.
Art. 187: Il n'y a pas d'infraction lorsqu'un fait incrimine en tant qu'il constitue une atteinte a la volonte d'autrui a ete commis avec le consentement prealable ou concomitant de celui-ci.
