المادة 268

تسري احكام الاسباب المشددة او المخففة للعقوبة على الترتيب التالي:

الاسباب المشددة المادية.

الاعذار.

الاسباب المشددة الشخصية.

الاسباب المخففة.

Art. 268: Les circonstance qui aggravent ou atteneunt la peine produiront leur effet dans l'ordre suivant:

Les circonstances aggravantes reelles;

Les excuses;

Les circonstances aggravantes personnelles;

Les circonstances attenuantes.
