Art. 565, Penal Code

المادة 565

(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )

اذا لم ينجم عن خطأ المجرم الا ايذاء كالذي نصت عليه المواد ال 556 الى ال 558 كان العقاب من شهرين الى سنة,يعاقب على كل ايذاء آخر غير مقصود بالحبس ستة اشهر على الاكثر او بغرامة لا تتجاوز المايتي الف ليرة.

وتعلق الملاحقة على شكوى المجني عليه اذا لم ينجم عن الايذاء مرض او تعطيل عن العمل لمدة تجاوز العشرة ايام, ويكون لتنزل الشاكي عن حقه نفس المفاعيل المبينة في المادتين ال 554 وال 555.

المادة 82- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 565 على النحو الاتي:

"بغرامة لا تتجاوز المايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "بغرامة لا تتجاوز الالف ليرة".
