المادة 70

التدابير الاحترازية المانعة للحرية هي:

1- الحجز في مأوى احترازي,

2- العزلة,

3- الحجز في دار التشغيل.

Art. 70: Les mesures de surete privatives de liberte sont:

1- L'internement dans un asile de surete

2- La relegation

3- Le placement dans une maison de travail
