المادة 71

التدابير الاحترازية المقيدة للحرية هي:

1- منع ارتياد الخمارات,

2- منع الاقامة,

3- الحرية المراقبة,

4- الرعاية,

5- الاخراج من البلاد.

Art. 71: Les mesures de surete restrictives de liberte sont:

1- L'intrediction des debits de boisson

2- L'intrediction de sejour

3- La biberte surveillee

4- Le patronage

5- L'expulsion
