المادة 714

(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )

كل من اقدم بوسائل الغش او الادعاآت الكاذبة او بالتلميح عن سوء قصد على تحويل زبائن الغير اليه, يعاقب بناء على شكوى المتضرر بالغرامة من مئة الف الى خمسمائة الف ليرة يتناول العقاب الشروع في ارتكاب هذه الجريمة.

المادة 133- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 714 على النحو الاتي:

"بالغرامة من مئة الف الى خمسمائة الف ليرة" بدلا من "بالغرامة من خمسمائة الى خمسة الاف ليرة".
