(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 ) (عدلت بموجب مرسوم إشتراعى 112/1983 )
من استحم على مرأى من المارة بوضع مغابر للحشمة ومن ظهر في محل عام او مباح للعامة بمثل ذلك الوضع يعاقب بالحبس حتى ثلاثة اشهر على الاكثر وبالغرامة من اربعين الف الى اربعماية الف ليرة او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

مادة 48: تعدل العقوبة فقط بالمواد 753 الى 760 ضمنا وتستبدل بالحبس حتى ثلاثة اشهر على- الاكثر وبالغرامة من 200 الى 2000 ليرة او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

المادة 154- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 757 على النحو الآتي:
"وبالغرامة من اربعين الف الى اربعماية الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من 200 الى 2000 ليرة".
