بناء على المرسوم رقم 1481 المؤرخ في 16 نيسان سنة 1927 ممنوع قطع شجر الصنوبر في محافظات بيروت صيا والمتن والشوف وكسروان تعطى رخص استثنائية بتفريد الاشجار في احراج الصنوبر في المحافظات المتقدم ذكرها بعد الكشف الفني وضمن الشروط الفنية التي يضعها مأمور الاحراج وتطبق بحق المخالف احكام القوانين المرعية
