بناء على المرسوم رقم 1482 المؤرخ في 16 نيسان سنة 1927 يعطى محامي الخزينة عندما ينتقل لمنفعة المصالح الموكولة اليه خارجا عن بيروت وضمن اراضي الدول المشمولة بالانتداب تعويضا يوميا قدره 50 قرشا لبنانيا ذهبا ويكون تخصيص هذا التعويض وفقا لمنطوق القرار عدد 3195 المؤرخ في 1 تموز سنة 1925
