بناء على المرسوم رقم 1933 المؤرخ في 26 تموز سنة 1927 يحدث مركز صيفي للبريد والبرق ابتداء من 15 آب سنة 1927 في قرية سير ويفتح هذا المركز في اول تموز ويقفل في 31 تشرين الاول من كل سنة ويتعاطى: 1- اعمال البريد 1- جميع المعاملات للداخل 2- للخارج معاملات التحارير والعلب ذات القيمة المقدرة والحوالات البريدية والطرود البريدية العادية وذات القيمة المقدرة ب - اعمال البرق مبادلة البرقيات مع الداخل والخارج باحرف عربية ولاتنية وتحدد اوقات العمل في هذا المركز من الساعة السابعة الى الثامنة عشرة
