بناء على الرسوم رقم 6933 المؤرخ في 23 تموز سنة 1930 يقفل مركز بريد وبرق زغرتا ويكلف موظفوه تأمين اشغال مركز اهدن الصيفي في كل سنة من اول تموز الى 31 تشرين الاول تحدث شعبة بريدية مساعدة في زغرتا تتعاطى العمل بها مدة قفل المركز المذكور في المادة الاولى يعمل باحكام هذا المرسوم اعتبارا من اول تموز سنة 1931
