أنشىء في قرية الشياح مكتب صحي تمتد صلاحيته على القرى الاتية: الشياح, كفرشيما, الحدث , فرن الشباك, حارة حريك, برج البراجنه. ويجري فيما بعد تحديد ملاك موظفي هذا المكتب وتعيين رئيسه. تؤخذ النفقات الناتجة من تأسيس المكتب الصحي من تخصيصات المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 1252 المؤرخ في 19 كانون الاول سنة 1932
