المادة 1

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1820 المؤرخ في 20 نيسان سنة 1933 توزع نفقات ضبط وجر مياه نبع عين مزبود الى قرية مزبود (قضاء الشوف ) على اهالي القرية المذكورة وعلى الاملاك وفاقا لقرار مجلس ادارة الشوف الصادر بتاريخ 21 كانون الاول سنة 1931 تحت رقم 85 ويكون التوزيع على معدل 50/376 غرش لبناني ورق على كل درهم مساحة و275 غرشا على كل نفس . فيكون مجموعها: غروش لبناني ورق ــــــــــــــــــ 185 درهم مساحة 50 ٍ 29656 518 نفس 142450 ــــــــــــــــــ 50 ٍ 212102 المجموع ويجري تحصيل النفقات المذكورة في المادة السابقة قسطا واحدا وتجبى كالضرائب المقررة.
