بناء على المرسوم رقم 2292 المؤرخ في 26 تموز سنة 1933 أحيل الى المجلس العدلي المختلط كل من هاني سليم زين الدين فراج واحمد اسعد ابو فراج ورفقائهم سواء كانوا مشتركين او متدخلين تدخلا فرعيا بتهمة انهم في الاراضي اللبنانية وفي ميعاد لم تنقض عليه مدة مرور الزمن ارتكبوا في بعلشميه (محافظة جبل لبنان) بتاريخ 18 حزيران سنة 1933 اولا- جريمة قتل المدعو ابراهيم موسى سعيد قصدا وعمدا ثانيا- سرقات مقرونة بالاسباب المشددة بحق المذكور ابراهيم موسى سعيد
