بناء على المرسوم رقم 2310 المؤرخ في 4 اب سنة 1933 "عينت ساعة شروق الشمس من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق في 10 اب سنة 1933 موعدا لافتتاح الصيد في جميع الاراضي اللبنانية. يبقى الصيد مباحا لجميع انواع الطيور والحيوانات ما عدا العصافير النافعة للزراعة والمبينة اسماؤها في الجدول الملحق بقرار المفوض السامي عدد 74/L.R. الصادر في 19 ايار سنة 1933 والمربوط لفا.
