بناء على المرسوم رقم 134 الصادر في 11 شباط سنة 1937 منح مختار وهيئة اختيارية قرية نابيه كل الصلاحية المعطاة للمجالس البلدية ولرؤسائها بموجب القرار 1208 تاريخ 10 آذار سنة 1922 المختص بتنظيم البلديات .
