بناء على المرسوم رقم 6102 الصادر بتاريخ 8 شباط سنة 1961 تفتتح عمليات تحديد الاملاك العمومية على مياه كل من: اولا - القسم الواحد من اصل الثلاثة لمياه نبع انطلياس والعائدة لتشغيل الطاحونتين الخاصتين بكل من آل جبور والرهبانية المارونية الانطونية من منطقة انطلياس العقارية (محافظة جبل لبنان). ثانيا- نبع السلطنة من منطقة انطلياس العقارية (محافظة جبل لبنان). تعين فيما بعد اللجنة المكلفة بعمليات التحديد تجري عمليات التحديد وفقا لاحكام القرار رقم 144 تاريخ 10 حزيران 1925
