بناء على المرسوم رقم 6101 الصادر بتاريخ 8 شباط 1961 تفتتح معاملات معرفة الحقوق المكتسبة على مياه كل من: اولا - القسم الواحد من اصل الثلاثة لمياه نبع انطلياس والعائدة لتشغيل كل من الطاحونتين الخاصتين بكل من آل جبور والرهبانية المارونية الانطونية من منطقة انطلياس العقارية (محافظة جبل لبنان). ثانيا - نبع السلطنة من منطقة انطلياس العقارية (محافظة جبل لبنان). تجري المعاملات الملحوظة في المادة الاولى وفقا لاحكام المادتين 23 و24 من القرار رقم 320 المذكورة اعلاه.
