إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور، لاسيما المادة 52 منه،

بناء على اقتراح وزيري الخارجية والمغتربين، والمالية

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 14/6/2017

يرسم ما يأتي:

أبرم اتفاق المشاورات السياسية، المرفق ربطا، والموقع بتاريخ 20/2/2015 بين وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين في الجمهورية اللبنانية ووزارة العلاقات الخارجية لدى جمهورية كوبا.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
