إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9071 تاريخ 8/11/2002 (إنشاء اتحاد بلديات منطقة البترون)،

بناء على قرار بلدية بيت شلالا رقم 6/2016 تاريخ 24/9/2016،

بناء على قرار اتحاد بلديات منطقة البترون رقم 15/2017 تاريخ 24/2/2017،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

ضمت بلدية بيت شلالا الى اتحاد بلديات منطقة البترون في محافظة لبنان الشمالي.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
