إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على القانون رقم 58 تاريخ 29/5/1991 (قانون الاستملاك) لا سيما المادة التاسعة منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10059 تاريخ 30/4/2003 (تعيين قضاة رؤساء للجان الاستملاك البدائية والاستئنافية في المحافظات)،

بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل،

يرسم ما يأتي:

عين القاضي السيد ايهاب عبد الرحيم رئيسا أصيلا للجنة الاستملاك البدائية في محافظة البقاع.
