ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور لا سيما المادة 52 منه,

بناء على اقتراح وزيري الصناعة والخارجية,

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 16/09/1998

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

ابرم اتفاق التعاون العلمي والفني في مجالات المواصلات والمقاييس ومراقبة الجودة ومنح شهادات المطابقة الموقع في القاهرة بتاريخ 10/9/1998 بين مؤسسة المقاييس والمواصفات اللبنانية والهيئة المصرية العامة للتوحيد القياسي وجودة الانتاج والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا المرسوم فور نشره.
