ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور, لا سيما المادة 52 منه,

بناء على اقتراح وزير الخارجية ووزير التربية الوطنية والشباب والرياضة,

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 27/01/1999,

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

أبرم بروتوكول التعاون اللبناني الفرنسي في مجالات الشباب والرياضة للعام 1999 الموقع في باريس في 3 كانون الاول 1998 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا المرسوم فور نشره.
