مادة 1: أبرمت إتفاقية التعاون الإقتصادي والفني، المرفقة ربطا، والموقعة بتاريخ 26/2/2013 بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة جمهورية الصين الشعبية، والمتضمنة هبة عينية بقيمة خمسين مليون يوان صيني (أي حوالي 8 مليون د.أ.).
