وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون الاتي نصه:

المادة 1

مادة وحيدة: تخصص , لاكمال مشروع تعميم الكهرباء على مختلف المناطق مبالغ مجموعها 10616000 ل.ل. يجاز للحكومة ان تعقد الصفقات العائدة لتنفيذ هذا المشروع قبل رصيد الاعتمادات اللازمة لها في حدود المبلغ الاجمالي المذكور اعلاه. ترصد اعتمادات الدفع في الموازنة العامة على الشكل التالي: - موازنة 1966 4435000 ل.ل. - موازنة 1967 6181000 ل.ل. ويعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية. سن الفيل في 28 كانون الاول 1965 الامضاء: شارل حلو صدر عن رئيس الجمهورية رئيس مجلس الوزراء الامضاء: رشيد كرامي وزير المالية الامضاء: رشيد كرامي
