المادة 1

مادة وحيدة: اجيز للحكومة, ولمدة تسعة اشهر ان تتخذ في مجلس الوزراء مراسيم اشتراعية لالغاء وتعديل المراسيم الاشتراعية الصادرة خلال سنتي 1982 و1983 استنادا للقانون رقم 36/82 تاريخ 17/11/1982 وتمديد العمل باحكامه بموجب القانون رقم 10/83 تاريخ 21/5/1983 على ان تلغي الحكومة عند الاقتضاء المراسيم الاشتراعية والنصوص الخارجة على نطاق تفويض هذين القانونين وتلك المخالفة لاحكام الدستور والمبادىء العامة للقانون تعرض المراسيم الاشتراعية فور صدورها على المجلس النيابي ويعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره.
