المادة 1

مادة 1: مدد العمل اعتبارا من 1/1/1984 وحتى تاريخ 31/12/1985 بجميع الاحكام الاستثنائية التي حددها المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 42 تاريخ 26/5/77.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تطبق احكام المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 42 تاريخ 26/5/1977 على الاتحادات العمالية واتحادات ارباب العمل.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره.
