اقر مجلس النواب،

وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: بصورة استثنائية تعتبر ترقية تلامذة الضباط المبينة اسماؤهم في المرسوم رقم 7760 تاريخ 29/12/1995 لرتبة ملازم سارية ونافذة اعتبارا من 01/08/1995 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: تكلف وزارة الدفاع الوطني اصدار النصوص الادارية اللازمة لتنفيذ احكام المادة الاولى من هذا القانون.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
