مادة 1: يمدد حتى تاريخ 31 كانون الاول 1996 مفعول القانون رقم 160/92 تاريخ 22/07/1992 وتعديله الصادر بموجب القانون رقم 336/94 تاريخ 24/05/1994 (قانون ايجار العقارات المبنية).

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون اعتبارا من 01/01/1996
