وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية تمويل لتأهيل شبكات مياه الشرب ومياه الصرف الصحي. المرحلة الثانية- ما بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية والبنك الاوروبي للاستثمار الموقعة في بيروت بتاريخ 2/11/1995 , المرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
