مادة 1: تستبدل عبارة "قرية الميناء" الواردة في الجدول الملحق بالمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 116 تاريخ 12/06/1959 بعبارة "مدينة الميناء" في قضاء طرابلس - محافظة الشمال.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
