مادة 1: مدد العمل اعتبارا من 1/1/1986 وحتى تاريخ 31/12/1986 بجميع الاحكام الاستثنائية التي حددها المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 42 تاريخ 26/5/77

المادة 2

مادة 2: تطبق احكام المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 42 تاريخ 26/5/77 على الاتحادات العمالية واتحادات ارباب العمل.
