المادة 23
يجب ان تتضمن وثيقة الزواج ما يلي:
1- اسم كل من الزوجين وكنيته وصنعته ومذهبه وتاريخ ولادته والمحل الذي ولد فيه ومحل اقامته.
2- اسم كل من الاب والام وكنيته وصنعته ومحل اقامته.
3- اسم كل من الشاهدين وكنيته وعمره وصنعته ومحل اقامته.
4- تاريخ الزواج (السنة والشهر واليوم والساعة)
