مادة 1: خلافا لاي نص اخر, تعفى محاضر تسجيل تملك السفن من رسم الطابع المالي, ويلغى البند (و) من الفقرة (8) (رسوم تملك السفن) من الجدول الرقم (9) من القانون الرقم 280 تاريخ 15/12/1993 (قانون موازنة 1993)

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
