لا تعتبر من لواحق الاجر ولا تخضع لضريبة الدخل التقديمات العينية من ماكل وملبس التي يمكن ان يؤمنها اصحاب العمل لكل من اجرائهم المنتسبين الى الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي ولا تعتبر من عناصر الكسب الخاضع لاشتراكات الصندوق المذكور, كما تعتبر من الاعباء القابلة للتنزيل من الارباح وذلك ضمن الشروط المحددة في هذا القانون.
