وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: اضيف الى الفقرة الاولى من المادة الاولى من القانون رقم 74 تاريخ 31/03/1999, الفقرة التالي نصها: "ويجاز عقد هذا الاعتماد بكامله قبل توفر اعتمادات الدفع في الموازنة العامة".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القانون في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به اعتبارا من 31/03/1999
