المادة 15

تقدر واردات السنة الجديدة استنادا الى العنصرين التاليين:

آ- تحصيلات السنة الاخيرة التي انجز مشروع قطع حسابها.

ب - تحصيلات الاشهر المنصرمة من السنة الجارية.

ولوزير المالية ان يعدل التقدير على اساس اوضاع يعتمدها, على ان يبرر اسبابها.
