حرية الاعتقاد مطلقة. والدولة بتأديتها فروض الاجلال لله تعالى تحترم جميع الاديان والمذاهب وتكفل حرية اقامة الشعائر الدينية تحت حمايتها على ان لا يكون في ذلك اخلال في النظام العام وهي تضمن ايضا للاهلين اختلاف مللهم احترام نظام الاحوال الشخصية والمصالح الدينية.
