المادة 123
يسأل المرء عن الضرر الناجم عن اهماله او عدم تبصره كما يسأل عن الضرر الناشيء عن فعل يرتكبه.
Art. 123 - On est responsable du dommage causé par sa négligence ou par son imprudence aussi bien que de celui qui résulte d’un acte positif.
