المادة 124
يلزم ايضا بالتعويض من يضر الغير بتجاوزه, في اثناء استعمال حقه, حدود حسن النية او الغرض الذي من اجله منح هذا الحق.
Art. 124 - Doit également réparation celui qui a causé un dommage à autrui en excédant, dans l’exercice de son droit, les limites fixées par la bonne foi ou par le but en vue duquel ce droit lui a été conféré.
