المادة 123
عدم مسك سجل الاجراء او رفض اطلاع الادارة الضريبية عليه:
تفرض على من لا يمسك سجل الاجراء وفقا لاحكام المادة 51 من قانون ضريبة الدخل، او يرفض اطلاع الادارة الضريبية عليه، غرامة قدرها 25.000 ل.ل. (خمسة وعشرون الف ليرة لبنانية) عن كل اسم اهمل تدوينه في هذا السجل.

رفع قيمة الغرامات المقطوعة المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم ٤٤ تاريخ ۲۰۰۸/۱۱/۱۱ وتعديلاته (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية)
أولاً: ترفع ٢٥ ضعفاً الغرامات المقطوعة المنصوص عليها في المواد:
۱۰۷ ، ۱۰۸ ، ۱۱۱ ، ۱۲۳ ، ١٢٤ ، ۱۲۶ ، ۱۲۷ ، ۱۲۸ ، ۱۲۹ ، ۱۳۰ ، ۱۳۲ ، ۱۳۳ ، ۱۳۸ ، ۱۳۹ ، ١٤٠ ، ١٤١ ، ١٤٣ و١٤٤ من القانون رقم ٤٤ تاريخ ۲۰۰۸/۱۱/۱۱ وتعديلاته (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية).
ثانياً: تطبق أحكام هذه المادة إعتباراً من أعمال سنة ٢٠٢٦.
