المادة 127
عدم تنظيم الجداول بالقسائم والاوراق المالية:
تفرض على شخص الذي لم ينظم الجداول بالقسائم او الاوراق المالية وفقا لاحكام المادة 79 من قانون ضريبة الدخل، غرامة قدرها 300.000 ل.ل. (ثلاثماية الف ليرة لبنانية).

رفع قيمة الغرامات المقطوعة المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم ٤٤ تاريخ ۲۰۰۸/۱۱/۱۱ وتعديلاته (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية)
أولاً: ترفع ٢٥ ضعفاً الغرامات المقطوعة المنصوص عليها في المواد:
۱۰۷ ، ۱۰۸ ، ۱۱۱ ، ۱۲۳ ، ١٢٤ ، ۱۲۶ ، ۱۲۷ ، ۱۲۸ ، ۱۲۹ ، ۱۳۰ ، ۱۳۲ ، ۱۳۳ ، ۱۳۸ ، ۱۳۹ ، ١٤٠ ، ١٤١ ، ١٤٣ و١٤٤ من القانون رقم ٤٤ تاريخ ۲۰۰۸/۱۱/۱۱ وتعديلاته (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية).
ثانياً: تطبق أحكام هذه المادة إعتباراً من أعمال سنة ٢٠٢٦.
