المادة 144
استعمال، بيع او محاولة بيع، عن علم مسبق، طوابع مالية سبق استعمالها:
يعاقب كل من استعمل عن علم سابق او باع او حاول ان يبيع طوابع مالية سبق استعمالها، بالسجن من خمسة عشر يوما الى شهرين وبغرامة قدرها 250.000 ل.ل. (مئتان وخمسون الف ليرة لبنانية) او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

رفع قيمة الغرامات المقطوعة المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم ٤٤ تاريخ ۲۰۰۸/۱۱/۱۱ وتعديلاته (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية)
أولاً: ترفع ٢٥ ضعفاً الغرامات المقطوعة المنصوص عليها في المواد:
۱۰۷ ، ۱۰۸ ، ۱۱۱ ، ۱۲۳ ، ١٢٤ ، ۱۲۶ ، ۱۲۷ ، ۱۲۸ ، ۱۲۹ ، ۱۳۰ ، ۱۳۲ ، ۱۳۳ ، ۱۳۸ ، ۱۳۹ ، ١٤٠ ، ١٤١ ، ١٤٣ و١٤٤ من القانون رقم ٤٤ تاريخ ۲۰۰۸/۱۱/۱۱ وتعديلاته (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية).
ثانياً: تطبق أحكام هذه المادة إعتباراً من أعمال سنة ٢٠٢٦.
